What is your Order Policy?

When available, all of our apparel is made to order. Once a order is placed, please allow 3-10 days for processing for your order to shipped out. As well as 3-5 business days for USPS domestic delivery and 15-20 days for USPS international delivery.

What is your Shipping Policy?

• For domestic orders, please allow 7-10 business days on in-stock and available items for delivery.
• For pre-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 
• For mixed of domestic/pre-order items, both items will be shipped out separately.

When will you Restock?

Products are restocked depending on the popularity and the demand of that particular design. Updates will be shared on new and restocked items through our Instagram page @shibui.aesthetic. Be sure to follow along for new drops, and turn on post notifications.

Return Policy

Please double check your shipping and sizes before completing your payment. We will not exchange apparel orders if the size does not fit you. Only orders with mistake Shibui Aesthetic or our manufacturer can be exchanged. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged items by USPS.
